Our prices are all-inclusive prices: all running costs, Wi-Fi and the weekly cleaning service are already included.

Deposit & refund

The deposit serves as security and must be transferred before you move in. To keep things simple for you, the final cleaning is settled directly against the deposit when you move out. You do not pay for the cleaning separately.

Example (rooms & apartments):

  • Deposit paid: €500.00
  • Less final cleaning: – €59.50 (€50.00 net + 19% VAT)
  • Refunded to you: = €440.50
    (The refund is normally credited to your account within 14 days of moving out.)

Please note: If you rent one of our team accommodations, the deposit is €1,000.00 (final cleaning €200.00 net, plus 19% VAT = €238.00).

No hidden costs: Deductions are only made for actual damage to the inventory or for lost keys. Normal wear and tear is of course no reason to withhold anything.

Payment & contract terms

The small print, summarised clearly and in plain language.

  • Minimum rental period:
    7 nights.
  • Payment methods:
    By bank transfer (in advance) or in cash (by arrangement). We currently do not accept credit cards.
  • Invoicing:
    Business customers receive a proper monthly invoice with VAT shown separately, by email.
  • Notice periods & extensions:
    We offer flexible notice periods, usually 7 to 14 days. Would you like to extend your stay? Just let us know in good time – subject to availability we will adjust the contract without fuss.
  • Residence registration:
    We issue a landlord confirmation for a planned rental period of 6 months or more.
